Claims Process:
All refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. Please contact us at contact@mullyforevergood.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective product or packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim and issue a replacement or full refund once approved.
What We Don't Cover:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Unclaimed or refused shipments
- Packages rejected by customs

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Due to the nature of our international fulfillment, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on international orders. However, all orders are fully covered for damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect items as outlined above.
